However, due to limited stock (each product often had only one or two pieces), maintaining demand while switching products to stay profitable became a critical focus. By rotating campaigns to highlight new pieces regularly and building anticipation, we kept interest high and conversion rates steady. Now, they’re averaging a daily ROAS of 5-6x, enjoying a loyal customer base, and even outperforming local competitors in their city.
